SINGAPORE, 10th August, 2021 – The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has changed its Twitter handle from @PRCA_UK to @PRCA_HQ.

The change comes as the world’s largest professional PR body recently announced the launch of its Africa Network, expansion in Thailand and Vietnam, and record membership across the world, including the United States of America.
The new Twitter handle reflects the PRCA’s rapidly growing global membership base and need to have a clear central hub on Twitter for key global news, events, and initiatives.

PRCA Director General Francis Ingham MPRCA said:
“These times have transformed us and made us even more relevant for our members wherever they are in the world. We are more agile and accessible than ever before. We know that our international members turn to our main Twitter account for authoritative, up-to-date industry news, and so by adding ‘HQ’ to the handle, we’re serving our global membership base even more effectively.”
