Emanuela has over 18 years’ experience as a performance improvement consultant. She is South African with Italian heritage, based in the UK, and practices internationally. Emanuela has written and delivered training programmes in generalist and specialist fields, including topics on project management, strategic leadership and personal effectiveness. Emanuela has practiced across many industry sectors and in several countries across Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. Her industry sector experience includes Construction, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Logistics, Media & Telecomms, Oil & Gas, Property Management, PR, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Retail and Tobacco. In the UK she has also consulted to public sector organisations such as the NHS and East Sussex County Council. She has helped professionals in Communications and related roles polish their skills through training and coaching engagements across Europe and South East Asia.

Emma is a certified organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL). She coaches and mentors people on their professional careers as well as being engaged by MNC’s to coach specific individuals on leadership development. Emma coaches at all levels, typically from manager up to the C-Suite, across a wide variety of sectors including financial services, professional services, automotive, luxury & technology, working with them to set and achieve goals, challenge their thinking, identify strengths and guide them to make changes to reach their potential.

Emma is passionate about ensuring diversity in the workplace and has coached numerous women on how to obtain leadership positions.

With a career in recruitment, Emma has placed individuals within Public Relations & Corporate Communications for over 20 years in London and Asia. In 2002 she founded Prospect in London, with her business partner, and in 2009 moved to Hong Kong to establish the Asia operation. She is extremely well-known within the industry and has worked with clients and candidates for many years, building long term relationships and trusted partnerships.

Katie is a published author of Using Artificial Intelligence in Marketing: How to Harness AI and Maintain the Competitive Edge.
