Lucy develops the communications and content strategy for the British Chamber, overseeing the content and tone of all materials including the digital re-branding of the Orient magazine of which she is Editor, and building partnerships with member companies and external stakeholders such as government representatives and the media. Lucy manages various projects for the Chamber’s development such as the website relaunch and CRM integration in December 2018, and continues to build the Chamber’s brand and support the Executive Director in a Deputy capacity when required.

Lucy drives the diversity and inclusion agenda for the Chamber in partnership with member companies. Prior to joining the non-profit sector she spent over a decade in the travel industry before moving with her former company to Singapore from the UK.
