Raised in Australia, Karen has been in the hospitality industry for more than 16 years in Singapore in the areas of public relations, marketing, and communications with various hotel groups. She is currently the Communications Director for Pan Pacific Hotels Group where she oversees and manages the communications for the group’s growing network of over 50 hotels, resorts and serviced suites in more than 30 cities across Asia Pacific.
Prior to her current role, Karen was the Associate Communications Director, Asia Pacific at dentsu. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
