Event Overview

The COVID-19 crisis has had a profound impact on public relations and communications professionals across the world. Despite the ongoing uncertainty, communications is playing an essential role connecting stakeholders and helping organisations and its employees to make sense of their new environments. Internal Communications and Employee Engagement have never been more critical to business.

With a mass transition to working from home and the challenges that brings, the effect of the crisis on how we think and feel – has been particularly prominent in the workplace. Employees are looking to their employers for guidance and support.

So, in what ways can you keep your employees safe, healthy, and engaged?

Join our senior panel of comms experts from Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, as they discuss the following:

  • Communicating with employees during the present crisis & post COVID-19
  • Will there be increased pressure to perform from employers?
  • The importance of on boarding – current and new employees
  • The shift in office culture – how to integrate new staff and re-integrate current staff
