Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the PR and marketing industry. Increasingly, AI can be used to automate commonplace tasks with unrivalled accuracy, thereby allowing PR teams to refocus their attention where human interaction is most valuable – on strategy, creativity and personal connection.
