Whether we work agency or client-side, we have all experienced the power of a great client-agency relationship; a partnership that drives mutual success, built on trust, openness and clearly-defined, shared goals. And it’s highly likely we’ve also experienced the opposite, when the relationship becomes a battleground, hampered by poor communication, mis-aligned objectives… and the inevitable, often painful divorce.

So what defines a great client-agency relationship? What are the building blocks from which success can spring, what are the pitfalls and what does each side need from each other?

At the PRCA, our goal is to raise the standards in PR and Communications, by sharing best practice with our members and the wider industry. We believe that great client-agency relationships are fundamental to driving improved standards, and to demonstrating the value that our profession delivers.

On 22nd  August, 2019, we will be hosting a discussion, panel session and open Q&A on what defines a great client-agency relationship. We’ll hear from keynote speaker ShuFen Goh, Principal & Co-Founder, R3 Worldwide. R3 Worldwide is a global consultancy that offers marketers access to the expertise and services required to establish and administer effective multi-national agency engagements. Their objective counsel guides marketers and their agencies towards more effective and efficient working relationships. Senior clients and agency managers will also share their experiences and their top tips for success. Hear from Jeremy Seow MPRCA, CEO Singapore, WE, Rasyida Paddy, ASEAN PR Lead, Oracle, Geraldine Kan, Head of Communications, HP and Derrick Koh, Head of Internal Communications, East Asia & Japan, Schneider Electric. We’ll discuss the watch outs and the easy wins. And we’ll define what each of us needs to do – and be aware of – to drive shared success.

We’d be delighted if you could attend this seminar, and we’re encouraging all attending agency members to bring along two clients, so we can ensure a balanced and informative session that is instructive and valuable to all.

Once you have reserved your places, please send the the names of the attendees to communications@prca.seasia.global.
